     This program is the result of years of researching the patterns of the habitually healthy as well as those of the unhealthy. What you will discover is that our ingrained life patterns (our habits) dictate almost everything we do from how we dress to what we eat for breakfast. When you try to change your habits drastically, virtually overnight, as is required by many other health programs, you are fighting deeply established patterns that you have likely exercised for many years! There is no amount of motivation or self discipline alone that would be any match against your habits.
     So what do you do if habits are so powerful? You must learn to harness the power of habits to work for you not against you! You can reprogram your habits so that your body begins to crave exercise and healthy foods, not just mentally but physically as well. You can teach your body to reject fast-food like it was a poison. Often times these "health nuts" were fortunate enough to have been taught a healthy lifestyle from childhood. Sometimes it is by trial and error.
