Exercising as a Couple
Well, before any of the guys out there roll there eyes thinking working out with there girlfriend isn’t manly, there are many benefits of working out as a couple.
You train each others weaknesses - I was reading how a top ranked pro bodybuilder lost his training partner due to injury in the middle of preparing for the biggest competition of his life. His little, one hundred and twenty pound, wife came to the rescue and trained him. He won the whole thing for the first time and he was convinced it was because of all the extra cardio his avid runner wife made him do. You see training with her made him step out of his comfort zone and accomplish something he never could do before.
You can do partner exercises – Here’s some great partner exercise you can do for your core that you simply couldn’t do without one.
Increase workout adherence - There have been so many studies proving that when you workout with a partner, it increases chances for adherence by up to 40%. But don’t look at your boyfriend, girlfriend, husband or wife as not a good workout buddy because they happen to be the opposite sex. I’ve witnessed how good a couple feels when they leave a hard group training class. They’re sweaty and tired, but totally stress free and they did something that was good for them and their relationship. What more could you ask for.

Recipe for Sugar Free Classic Cherry Cheesecake
Special equipment: Spring form Pan
Ingredients:
1 pre made, sugar free graham cracker crust
2 Tbsp. melted butter
4 8oz pkgs cream cheese (softened)
¾ cup sour cream
1 cup Splenda
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1 Can, sugar free cherry pie filling
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Place large cake pan filled with water on bottom rack while pre-heating. This will stay in the oven for the duration of baking to help prevent cake from getting too dry.
Spray spring form pan with nonstick spray.
In small bowl, crumble crust and combine with melted butter. Press into bottom of spring form pan.
In large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Splenda and vanilla with electric mixer until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Pour batter into spring form pan. Bake in upper middle rack for one hour. Turn off oven and leave inside oven for 30 more minutes. Chill in fridge for 6 hours or overnight. Top with Sugar Free cherry pie filling and serve.
